Justin Fatica is a 29-year-old youth minister who believes in empowering all people through love and understanding. He believes that to alleviate the effects of cultural polarization, we need to learn how to live in a world where we love others of different racial and ethnic backgrounds. Justin is the founder of Hard As Nails and Mega Youth Ministries. In December 2008, these ministries were featured in the HBO Documentary "Hard As Nails." In addition, Justin has watched his father take a small family business public, and he understands the challenges and hurdles that must be overcome to build a successful business in such a polarized culture. He has just started his own business venture, Magnificent Love, which is a book management company designed to help authors sell their books.
