BUSINESS/MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
Justin Fatica is a 29-year-old youth minister who believes in empowering all people through love and understanding. He believes that to alleviate the effects of cultural polarization, we need to learn how to live in a world where we love others of different racial and ethnic backgrounds. At his business presentations, he asks his audience to, "stop talking at people and learn how to listen to people and really hear them." Justin firmly believes that we need to stop focusing on the people we have become and get back to who we fundamentally are and what is most important to us. Then we can find the personal and professional success that we are all striving for today.
Justin is the founder of Hard As Nails and Mega Youth Ministries. In December 2008, these ministries were featured in the HBO Documentary "Hard As Nails." In addition, Justin has watched his father take a small family business public, and he understands the challenges and hurdles that must be overcome to build a successful business in such a polarized culture. He has just started his own business venture, Magnificent Love, which is a book management company designed to help authors sell their books.
Through his ministries and speaking engagements, Justin is making a difference and changing the world. He is committed to using his entrepreneurial skills to build a career of love and service as a positive role model for youth and adults. The most important message presented by Justin at his events is that it does not matter what someone does in his or her life, whether the person is a financial consultant, minister or lawyer; everyone is a gift and people from all cultural backgrounds need to be encouraged and empowered to do their very best work.
Justin's first book, Hard as Nails will be published by Doubleday, a division of Random House, Inc., in January, 2009. It will be available wherever books are sold as well as at his speaking venues.

Business Presentation
People in the business world sometimes feel like objects - not understood by an inanimate corporation and tossed aside when times get tough. Often, we are identified by the work that we do and not by our worth as human beings. Justin Fatica, a young business owner and the visionary behind two non-profit corporations talks about the trials and challenges of building these corporations.
His presentation is designed to:
- Encourage leaders and those working in the business world to take the time to understand the people who are working with them and for them.
- Show business leaders and management how to build trust and loyalty within their organization.
- Enable management to take business to a higher level of productivity by empowering teams to view each member as an important person and not just a body filling a position.
Encouraging and empowering people is what it's all about in the workplace today. Just think what your business could be if everyone sincerely cared for one another and worked together instead of against each other. The motivational power of Justin Fatica will enable you and your organization to take the steps to make powerful changes within your organization!
